Back in 2013, our founder got sick of seeing smart companies fail at technology projects because nobody was actually listening to what they needed. So he built Beacon Advisory on a simple idea: talk to people, understand their world, then fix it properly. We've grown from a 3-person operation to a team of 19, worked with 67 organizations across Romania, and honestly? We still approach every project like that first one. Our biggest wins came from clients who initially thought they needed a total overhaul. Turns out they just needed someone to ask better questions.
